Rock Salt is on Tour…

Today you will find my post over at Wicked Good Travel – I’m guest posting for Amy while she packs up and moves herself from Boston to right here, the fair city of Glasgow. This is my first time guest posting and I was hugely flattered to be asked, as well as quite nervous about coming up with the goods…

I wrote up a recipe I made up on the hoof, a melon and elderflower sorbet. It’s a light, delicate sorbet with no added sugar. It’s flaky in texture and dissolves on the tongue, very refreshing as a palate cleanser or a light dessert. If you want to find out more, head over to Wicked Good Travel now!
